What ExpertX processes
ExpertX processes the sources a customer connects — training documents, help center articles, recorded calls, support tickets, product instructions — plus the learner activity generated inside the platform: completion, scores, and drop-off per learner and per unit.
Customer content stays customer content
Sources and the knowledge model built from them belong to the customer. Sources can be added or removed as material changes, and removal is reflected in the knowledge model.
Human review
Every agent is tied to a real expert who reviews and closes gaps. Training managers edit units in plain language, and nothing reaches a learner until it is saved.
Your rights
ExpertX supports GDPR and CCPA rights requests, including access, correction, and deletion. Customer administrators can raise a request through their Growthspace contact.
Compliance
Growthspace maintains SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs covering the platform that ExpertX runs on.
